  • Can i own my business a 100%
Yes, indeed, in most cases foreigners can own their businesses 100% without a local partner. Free Zones and Offshore: 100% ownership is standard. Mainland: 100% foreign ownership is allowed in most activities under recent UAE regulations (some strategic sectors may require a local partner).
  • Which setup is right for my business?
It really does depend on what type of business you plan to engage in the UAE. Just to give you an idea: Mainland License: Ideal for Real Estate, retail, hospitality, contracting, and services needing local market access. Free Zone License: Great for trading, consulting, IT, and import/export. Offshore License: Best for asset protection, IP holding, and international trading. Speak with one of our experts today to get you the right advice.
  • How long does it take to set up a company in the UAE?
For commercial and professional licenses,1–7 working days (depending on approvals and the activities proposed) For industrial licenses ( Manufacturing), could take 2-3 weeks.
  • What documents are required to register a company?
Name reservation ( List of the 3 proposed names) List of activities desired Passport copies of shareholders/directors UAE entry stamp or visa copy (if applicable) Ejari ( Office tenancy contract, which we will be providing)
  • What are the costs involved in company setup?
There simply isn't a fixed cost as it really does depend on a variety of factors: Business activity Economic zone Type of license ( Mainland,Freezone,Offshore) Number of visas required Office space (virtual, flexi desk, physical) Type of license (e.g., trading, consultancy, industrial) Typical ranges: Mainland: AED 12,000–25,000+ Free Zone: AED 5,000–20,000+ Offshore: AED 8,000–15,000 We offer packages starting at AED 4,999.
  • Can I get residency through my business?
Yes. You can acquire investor visas ( Valid for 5 years) and employee visas (valid for 2 years). You can also acquire a Golden Visa valid for 10 years which is subject to conditions.

Yes, however, we can arrange a virtual office/flexi desk for a very minimal annual fee.
